Welcome to Strudel Artisan Bakery

Four years ago we formed our first company, "Ciara's Bites",  with the intention of supplying cafes, restaurants and parties with the best quality sweet and savoury treats, just the two of us out of our little kitchen.
We tested and re-tested our products at various markets in Dublin, as well as outside of Dublin, then we tested them a little further, just to make sure. Family and friends were also not-so reluctant guinea pigs. As time went on we got busier and busier and as our business grew, our little kitchen seemed to be getting even more little! 

Two years down the line, an opportunity arose to move out of our kitchen and open up our own bakery in Dun Laoghaire, where we could supply corporate events and parties, but also, for the first time, to provide the public with our freshly baked, artisan products.

We are committed to using the highest quality and freshest Irish ingredients in our products.  The flour that we use to make our hand-stretched strudels comes directly from Hungary.
