Placing an order
Upon placing an order, an order confirmation will be sent from us after Checkout has been completed. Order confirmation email does not legally bind us to fulfill the order.
Deliveries
Our delivery range is limited to the area stated in our online shop . We aim to deliver all orders within the given time limit. In the event of any delivery delays for reasons beyond our control we do not accept any responsibility for any extra costs or losses.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to appoint someone at the delivery address available to accept the delivery at the time of delivery.
Reporting damaged goods
Although we go to great lengths to ensure safe and sound packaging, the fragile nature of some of the products means that some transit damage may occasionally occur.

Sign the delivery as damaged and refuse the delivery.
Contact Strudel Artisan Bakery as soon as it’s possible as we will require full details in order to process claims, including photo of the damaged goods with our delivery driver present. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods and the delivery charge.
On receipt of the returned product, we will email you to confirm receipt, inspect the product.
Where applicable we will approve the claim with the option of a full refund or replace the product.
Strudel Artisan Bakery reserves the right to discontinue or change products without prior notification.
Cancellation
Customer has the right to cancel the order until cutoff time (4pm two days prior delivery). Once the order has been processed and ready for production, we cannot accept cancellation and refund/credit will not be given.

The products we sell may contain allergenic ingredients. Full allergen information is provided in the product features section on each product.
