90% White flour, 10% wholemeal flour, 15% oats. We make a rather stiff porridge and incorporate it into the dough. Since it’s baked in a tin, it does not develop a thick crust, making it the perfect alternative for your sliced pan.

40% wholemeal flour, 60% white flour. One of the most popular bread in the shop. It has a mild taste, making it perfect with sweet or savoury toppings.
