We make sourdough bread from Tuesday to Sunday everyday using a long fermentation process to ensure the best flavour and also to increase digestibility.  We also have brown soda bread daily and challah every Friday. We usually make white sourdough and at least one additional sourdough bread whether it's wholemeal, seeded, rye or spelt breads.
